Thank you for joining our tax site this season! We appreciate you being here with us throughout the season!
Our site follows the guidelines set fourth by IRS VITA. We adhere to quality site requirements while assisting clients in satisfying their tax responsibilities.
To get started as a VITA volunteer with LSS, click the "Join Here" button to notify us of your interest in becoming a volunteer and to start the training process of the list of things to complete for this tax season.
Start with filling out the Google Form and reference the Volunteer Checklist as you go to ensure you complete all the steps to become a volunteer.

You only need to take the Basic or Advanced Certification, not both.
Certificates from Link and Learn must be provided to us to begin volunteering.
Resources
Your Volunteer Manual will be your best friend throughout the season! You do not need to memorize any part of tax preparation. TaxSlayer software will guide you through the tax preparation process. Sometimes you will need to look up some answers about a tax preparation.
