When creating your GetYourRefund account, please make sure you're on the LSS GetYourRefund page, example below:
WARNING: If you don't see "LSS of Northern California" you may be on the wrong site, and if you continue the tax process your taxes may be delayed or assigned to a separate organization.

Once you've created your GetYourRefund account, your updates will come directly from the site. Every step of the tax process will notify you when it's completed.

When your Tax Return is complete, before signing expect a call from one of our Quality Reviewers to review everything on your Tax Return is correct.

We understand waiting to have your taxes done can be a stressful time, but to ensure your taxes are prepared in a timely and accurate fashion according to the guidelines laid out by the IRS.
